Refund policy

Returns

As we offer an online service, it is your responsibility to ensure you check the item description and size carefully before ordering. We have a strict 30 day return policy for our Busy Bits items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Outside of this we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will not accept returns or refunds on these items:

  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Personalised
  • Clearance/Sale Items
  • Discontinued items
  • Please note, we cannot offer return on our clothes label or bags/accessories. If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us and we will see what we can do for you.

DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER. Please contact us first and we will supply you with our postal address for returns.

RETURN POSTAGE is at the customers expense unless the product has been deemed faulty or damaged by Cold Coffee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If returning your item because of damage, you will need to contact us within 7 days from the date of receival and provide photos of the fault. Cold Coffee will exchange, give a credit or refund for faulty items at their discretion.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not exchange or provide credit for ‘change of mind’.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at coldcoffeelabel@gmail.com


Order Cancellation

Please note you are not able to cancel your order if it’s already been processed with our product distributors. If by chance your order hasn’t been processed and we are able to cancel your order please be aware you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of your total order value to cover any merchant costs involved with receiving, cancelling or refunding your order.

 

SIZING

Please note that our sizing information provided is a GUIDE ONLY. If in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum wear.
